TBD
First things first, I don’t really care for blogs. Thus, the title of this section of the website. In general, they seem…forced. So don’t expect many of these (or for them to be *extravagant*). But a little chit-chat can be good for the soul from time to time. I plan to use this space to share some of the things (music, movies, art) that are inspiring me and accompanying me on my journey. And, if we’re lucky, I’ll provide an update or two on the book itself, or where I’m at in the publishing process, or where I’m at in the world at large.
I’m sticking with the TBD motif for this first antiblog posting as much of me feels very TBD. It’s often a joke when I throw it out to my friends about committing to upcoming plans, but it’s more than that too. The book, of course, is still TBD, which you can read about in other areas of this so-called website. Yet, even beyond the book, my current stage of life gives off TBD-vibes. I could fall in love with the writing world and live from one published project to the next for the foreseeable future, or I could miss my salary lunches and business trip expense reports and go running back to corporate comfort. Doubtful. But I’m a realist just as much as I am a dreamer, so I’m prepared to travel down either path. I’m taking each day at face value and appreciating the anticipation of life.
